Require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will incur a 50% service charge, while no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.

To ensure every guest receives the highest level of service, appointments are automatically canceled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. Accommodating late arrivals is at my discretion and will depend on my schedule for the remainder of the day. If your appointment is canceled due to late arrival, a new appointment will be required, and a new booking fee may apply.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the salon retains the right to refuse service to clients who are visibly intoxicated, display aggressive behavior, or arrive with contagious health conditions. 

Color & Extension Consultation

Every color and extension transformation begins with a personalized consultation. During this appointment, we’ll assess the current condition, health, and integrity of your hair, discuss your goals, and create a customized plan designed to achieve your desired look while maintaining healthy hair.

Please note: All color and extension services require a consultation prior to booking. Color appointments cannot be scheduled without first completing this consultation.

Service Guarantee & Adjustments
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment to schedule a complimentary visual inspection and correction.

• The Adjustment Window: Clients must return to the salon/facility within 7 days for an in-person assessment of the work performed.

• No Charge Corrections: If an error or issue is identified during the visual inspection, we will adjust or correct the service completely free of charge.

• Limitations: Adjustments cannot be made if the client alters or attempts to fix the service themselves, or visits another provider prior to the inspection.

All Sales Final
Please note that all service fees are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cash, card, or digital refunds for completed services once you have left the premises. However, we are fully committed to ensuring you love your final result, which is why we proudly stand by our 7-day adjustment policy.
